The vacation rental "Villa Reflet d’été" is a charming semi-detached house located just 650 meters from the lagoon of Saline-les-Bains in Reunion Island and 500 meters from local shops. You'll particularly enjoy the tranquility, easy access to the beach, and the lovely outdoor terrace. Tastefully furnished, it offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This 86 sqm seasonal rental features a covered terrace with an opening/bar onto the kitchen, making meal and aperitif preparation a friendly experience. It also includes a 25 m² garden area with outdoor furniture.

The house is located in a small secure residence (automatic access gate) and has two private outdoor parking spaces.

INSIDE

This charming semi-detached house has been carefully and tastefully decorated.

On the ground floor, the house includes a living room, an office space, a fully equipped open kitchen with access to the covered terrace, a bathroom (with shower and single sink), and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle, etc.).

The living room is equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi internet (fiber optic).

Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200) and a balcony with a partial sea view, perfect for watching sunsets. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200). Each bedroom has large closets.

The house also has a washing machine, along with an iron and ironing board.

This holiday home is located in Saline-les-Bains, the most popular seaside resort in Reunion Island, with its lagoon and white sand beach.

The beach is an 8-minute walk away, where you can admire colorful fish and enjoy the beach restaurant/bar "Planch'Alizé."

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac (no traffic) in a quiet and secure residence.

You'll also appreciate the proximity to the small town center of Saline, just a 5-minute walk away. There, you'll find a bakery, a mini-market, a tobacco shop, a wine cellar, a pharmacy, and several restaurants (many offering takeout). A supermarket is just one kilometer away.

Enjoy your holidays in Reunion Island in this charming rental, ideally located as a starting point for excursions and activities on the island (the three cirques, the volcano, paragliding, helicopter tours, hiking, sea trips, scuba diving...).

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

Capacity: 4 persons.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

7 nights minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 1500 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
