The wonderful vacation rental named White Waters Guest Home offers a dream setting and location. The Boucan Canot beach is few meters from the villa which have a swimming-pool, a hot tub, a beautiful garden with many spaces, and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms for 10 people (6 adults maximum).

OUTSIDE

This wonderful vacation rental in Reunion Island (180 sqm on a plot of 650 sqm) is three minutes by walking from the beach and restaurants/bar. It is co-owned (annual rental upstairs, whose garden is on the other side of the White Waters villa and therefore perfectly isolated and independent).

With its large terrace, its hot tub, its swimming-pool, it offers a dream setting for your holidays in Reunion Island.

Pool dimensions: 11.50 m by 2.0 m + wading pool of 4 m by 2 m – depth: from 1 m to 1.9 m for the pool and 40 cm for the wading pool.

On the large wood terrace, you will find a large table, a brasero (or barbecue), some pool mattress, and outdoor chairs, to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

There are two outdoor showers for the pool or when you come back from the beach.

The villa is secured (fence + gate) and you can park two cars inside the property. It is possible to park outside (there is a free public parking lot close to the house).

INSIDE

On one floor, the main house has a large living room, a dining room and a kitchen. There are 3 airconditioned bedrooms (each bedroom has a queen size bed and cupboard). One of the bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. The second bedroom has an outdoor space with a shower and a little sink. The is also an independent bathroom in the house with double showers and double sinks. There is an independent toilets in the house and a space for the washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking hobs, toaster, kettle).

There is no television for relaxing holidays. But do not worry, there is a video projector in the children outbuilding to connect your own Nexflix account or other streaming plafeform.

The children outbuilding has a large airconditioned bedroom with 4 single beds, an independent toilets, and a large room with a video projector.

There is free internet access - wifi - in the property.

Linen provided: bed sheets, bath towels, bathmats and kitchen towels.

Maintenance of the villa three times a week (excluding the housekeeper's vacation days).

Garden and pool maintenance.

NEIGHBORHOOD

The villa is located at Boucan Canot, 200 meters from the beach. You will enjoy its wonderful white sand beach, part of which is equipped with anti-shark nets. You can have a safe swim in the ocean supervised by lifeguards.

You will also enjoy the natural swimming pool of Boucan Canot, a seawater swimming pool protected by rocks which allows swimming in complete safety.
The Boucan Canot beach is on of the best spot to watch sunsets. A landscaped promenade along the beach offers many places to eat and drink.

The villa is in a quiet neighborhood, and you will enjoy proximity services 600 meters away (bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, pizza truck). The supermarket is 2 km away from the villa, and Saint-Gilles-les-Bains downtown is 3 kilometers away.

For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will be delighted by this vacation rental. Boucan Canot is an area blessed by a micro-climate with more than 300 sunny days a year. You will enjoy water activities with easily access to all excursions on the island (three cirques - Mafate, Cilaos, Salazie - the volcano – waterfalls).

HOUSE RULES

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

Capacity: 10 persons (6 adults maximum).

BOOKING CONDITIONS
************************************************************
5 nights minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
