HOUSE RULES

. Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited. We place great importance on the tranquility of the neighborhood.

. Pool access is not allowed for external guests.

. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

. Pets are not allowed.

. Maximum occupancy: 10 people (maximum 8 adults).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

5 days minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre-authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.

Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
