Villa Ohana is ideally located 500 m from the Ermitage beach and lagoon, and 350 m from the proximity services with a supermarket! It offers a dream setting for your holidays: swimming pool, barbecue, a beautiful garden and the proximity of the lagoon with the show of sunsets and the multicoloured fish watching with a simple mask.

OUTSIDE

The villa Ohana offers you beautiful spaces with a 900 sqm plot for your holidays in Reunion Island. There is a large terrace facing the swimming pool and the garden. By walking few minutes, you will enjoy the beach of Ermitage-les-Bains and its lagoon with multicolored fish.

The dimensions of the swimming pool are as follows: 7.5 m x 3.6 m – depth of 1.30 m.

There is also a charcoal barbecue.

The villa is secure (fence + manual gate) and has a driveway for parking several cars in a row. You can also easily park outside.

INSIDE

Recently renovated, Villa Ohana includes 6 air-conditioned bedrooms spread over 2 levels.

On the ground floor, the villa has a living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a second kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (with queen size bed - one of which has its own bathroom with shower and WC), an independent bathroom with 2 showers, and an independent WC.

The open-plan kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and sink. The second kitchen is located just behind and has a fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and sink.

The living/dining room is equipped with a television and WiFi internet access.

The villa has a washing machine, and an ironing board and iron.

On the first floor, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (all with a queen size bed). There are also two bathrooms (the first one is adjacent to one of the bedrooms and has a shower with WC, and the second one is independent and also has a shower and WC).
This floor includes a beautiful space with table and sofa, and a large balcony.

NEIGHBOURHOOD

The villa is 500 m away from the famous beach and lagoon of Ermitage-les-bains, on the west coast of Reunion Island, which enjoys a unique microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. The villa is 350 m away from proximity services.

You can easily go to the beach at sunset to watch the sun dive into the Indian Ocean. You can also swim with the colorful fish in the lagoon, and enjoy the local specialties offered by the beach restaurants located about 500 meters from the villa.
Ermitage-les-bains downtown is 350 m away, with its supermarket, bakery, shops, and a pleasant Sunday market (fruit and vegetables and handicrafts). There are also fruit and vegetable sellers on the roadside near the villa.

Saint-Gilles-les-bains downtown and its marina are located 3 km away.

Access to the Tamarins road, a major road between the north and the south of the island, takes only 7 minutes, and will allow you to quickly reach the different sites of the island and its activities (the three cirques, the volcano, paragliding, helicopter, hiking, mountain biking, deep-sea fishing, canyoning, sea excursions...).

HOUSE RULES

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

12 persons maximum.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
************************************************************
5 days minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
