This charming Creole house has been refurbished with a refined decoration. It offers an idyllic front-line setting. You will enjoy its terrace overlooking the ocean and sunsets, its direct access to the beach, its swimming pool, and its proximity to Saint-Gilles' restaurants and activities.

This 90 m² holiday rental offers a 15 m² covered terrace, a swimming pool with a beautiful exotic wood deck, and a pleasant garden with direct access to the beach and ocean.

Pool dimensions: 7.4 m x 3.2 m - depth: 1 m to 1.65 m.

There is a charcoal barbecue.

The villa is secured (fence + automatic access gate) and has a driveway for two cars in a row.

On one level, the house comprises a living/dining room, a fully-equipped open kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third has a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, induction cooktops, toaster, kettle...).

The living room has a TV and the house is equipped with a free internet access (wifi).

The villa has also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

This vacation home is in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, the coastal resort of Reunion Island, in a quiet residential neighborhood.
As well as the dream setting, you will enjoy the 2-minute walk along the beach to the famous "Le Sauvage" restaurant for a cocktail or a meal. The other restaurants of Saint-Gilles are close too.

The bakery is 5 minutes by walk from the house, such as the aquarium and marina of Saint-Gilles. You can discover dolphins and humpback whales (in season) with a safari cruise, go for a scuba diving or a big game fishing.

Less than 10 minutes by walking, you will enjoy the “Roches Noires” beach with its white sand. There is a bathing area protected with nets.
The lagoon of Ermitage-les-Bains is 4 minutes by car and you can swim with multicolored fishes.

For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will be delighted by this setting. Saint-Gilles-les-bains is the coastal resort on west coast, an area blessed by a micro-climate with more than 300 sunny days a year. You will enjoy the warm waters of the lagoon and water activities with easily access to all excursions on the island (three cirques - Mafate, Cilaos, Salazie - the volcano – waterfalls).

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

Capacity: 6 persons.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

5 nights minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
