Villa Fleur de Lune is a beautifully renovated vacation home designed by a landscape architect using high-quality materials. Nestled in a lush 1,200 m² tropical garden, it blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings.
The private 4 m x 9 m swimming pool (depth 1.20 m to 1.50 m) provides the perfect place to cool off at any time of the day. From June to October, the pool is heated to 25-28°C, depending on weather conditions.
A spacious Creole-style veranda offers a welcoming outdoor living area, featuring a classic black-and-white checkerboard floor, a tribute to traditional Réunionese architecture.
For delightful alfresco dining, a barbecue area is available.
The villa is fully secured with a fence and a manual gate and has a private driveway that can accommodate up to three vehicles.

The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, yet conveniently close to essential amenities (600 m): bakery, newsstand, wine shop, mini-market, pharmacy, etc. A supermarket is just 900 m away.
A short walk will take you to the lagoon's crystal-clear waters, where you can snorkel and admire colorful tropical fish. You’ll also find beachfront restaurants (Copacabana, Planch’Alizé) just 5 minutes away on foot,
perfect for a meal or a cocktail with your feet in the sand.
Escape to a dream retreat on the island of La Réunion. BOOKING CONDITIONS

5 nights minimum stay.
To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.
A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).
A rental lease agreement will document all these information.
Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.
In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
