You will enjoy your stay in villa Mahana with access to the lagoon in just a few steps, the proximity of local shops of Saline-les-bains less than 300 meters away. You will also enjoy a swimming pool, a small planted garden and a nice terrace with everything you need for your holidays!

OUTSIDE

With its 5 bedrooms, Villa Mahana offers you a perfect location, a few steps from the Saline-les-Bains lagoon with its white sand, multicolored fish and magnificent sunsets. Built on a plot of 390 sqm, the house has a small, well-organized outdoor space, with an above-ground swimming pool, tropical trees (frangipani, palm trees, yucca), a terrace with a dining table, an outdoor sofa and sun loungers.

You will also find a gas plancha.

The dimensions of the pool are as follows: 3.5 m diameter – 1.1 m depth.

The villa is secure (fence + automatic electrical gate), and you can easily park three cars in a row.

INSIDE

On two levels, the villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed.

On the ground floor, there are a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, cooking hobs, toaster, kettle).

The living-room has a television and there is free internet access (WIFI).

There is a laundry room with washing machine outside.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, and a WC.

Linen provided: bed sheets, bath towels, bathmats and kitchen towels.

Garden and pool maintenance.

NEIGHBORHOOD

You will enjoy the perfect location, with the famous beach of Saline-les-bains and its lagoon 100 m away, and local services 300 m away.

There is a small path in front of the villa to access to the beach and its lagoon. You can swim with colorful fish and watch the sunsets.

You will enjoy the proximity of waterfront restaurants, accessible directly from the beach (Planch’Alizé restaurant 400 m on one side and Uni Vert restaurant 600 m on the other side).

Proximity services (mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, and newsagent) are about 300 meters from the villa. There is a supermarket few kilometers away (3 minutes by car).

For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will love your stay in the villa, ideally located near all excursions on the island classed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (three cirques - Mafate, Cilaos, Salazie - the volcano – waterfalls). You can do many activities (paragliding, helicopter, hiking trails, mountain biking, deep-sea fishing, canyoning, boat trips ...).

HOUSE RULES

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

10 persons maximum.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
************************************************************
5 nights minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 1500 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
