To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival. If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation. A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card). A rental lease agreement will document all these information. Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
