OUTSIDE ************************************************************ Wonderful renovated vacation rental, the villa 66 offers you a dream setting with its large beautiful terrace in front of the long swimming-pool and its beautiful garden with coconuts trees and exotic plants. You will enjoy the easy access by walking to the beach of l’Ermitage-les-Bains, with its sands, its lagoon, its corals and its beautiful multicolored fishes. The villa offers a charcoal barbecue, a covered terrace and a big kiosk where you can relax at every moment of the day. The villa is secured (fence + electrical gate) and you can park two cars at the back. INSIDE ************************************************************ Renovated in 2011, this house on one level has 3 independent spaces linked by a covered patio. The main area is composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms decorated with beautiful materials and with a little terrace on the garden. It includes one big bathroom, a large kitchen opened on the living room and a beautiful terrace where you can have lunch and dinner in front of the swimming-pool. The kitchen which is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, cooking hobs), opened on the living-room will make you feel directly at home. The living-room has a television and there is free internet access (WIFI). The two other independent areas are each composed of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and some toilets. You have the possibility to add a single bed in one room. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. It is located on the west coast of Reunion Island, an area blessed with a micro-climate with more than 300 sunny days a year. The villa is located in a residential neighborhood with individual houses, at 20 seconds by walking of the beach and lagoon. Come and enjoy the sunset in the evening and then go to the restaurants which are located at 150 m to enjoy a meal or cocktails overlooking the Indian Ocean and its beautiful colors. The center of l’Ermitage-les-Bains is located at 700 m. There you can find proximity services (supermarket, bakery, newagents, etc) and the beautiful market (fruits, vegetables and local arts) on Sundays mornings. You can also find some vegetables sellers on the road at proximity of the villa. For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will love your stay in the Villa 66, ideally located near all excursions on the island classed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (three cirques - Mafate, Cilaos, Salazie - the volcano – waterfalls). You can do many activities (paragliding, helicopter, hiking trails, mountain biking, deep-sea fishing, canyoning, boat trips ...). HOUSE RULES ************************************************************ Events and parties are strictly forbidden. The access to the swimming pool is strictly forbidden to exterior people. Only 8 people are allowed in the villa. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa. Pets are not allowed. BOOKING CONDITIONS ************************************************************ 7 nights minimum stay. To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival. If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation. A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card). A rental lease agreement will document all these information. Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM. Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM. In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
