Enjoy a stay in the villa Perle des îles! A dream setting with its large garden with tropical trees, its pool and its lovely terrace with a sea view. You will be close to the main road of Reunion Island, easy access to all activities, beaches, and spots of the island. There are 4 bedrooms (3 of them are air-conditioned) and 3 bathrooms.

OUTSIDE

Lovely vacation rental with 4 bedrooms, the villa Perle des îles offers you a wonderful setting. You will enjoy its large garden (1750 sqm), its ocean view and its pool.

The swimming-pool (9.5 m by 4.5 m – depth: 1.20 m to 1.8 m) can be easily secured with removable barriers.

The villa has a lovely terrace overlooking the pool and the garden. There is also a charcoal barbecue.

The villa is secured (fence + automatic gate) and is in a subdivision of few houses. There is a covered garage for two cars. Outdoor parking if needed.

INSIDE

On two levels, the villa has 4 bedrooms (3 of them are air-conditioned).

The living area has a living room, a dining room and a kitchen on the ground floor. There is also an office space on the mezzanine.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric hobs, toaster, kettle...).

You will appreciate the living room with TV, free internet access (WIFI), and a direct access to the terrace.

The night area has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: one air-conditioned bedroom with king size bed and an ensuite bathroom (shower), and a second bedroom without air-conditioning and with a single bed. Each of them has an outdoor access.

There is also an independent bathroom (shower) and independent toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are 2 others air-conditioned bedrooms with a nice view on the ocean (one with a queen size bed and a single bed, and a second one with a queen size bed). There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor.

There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

NEIGHBORHOOD

The villa with its lush green garden is in a quiet residential neighborhood, on the west coast, an area blessed with a micro-climate with more than 300 sunny days a year.

The proximity services (supermarket, bakery, and newsagent, pharmacy, ATM, gas station) are close to the villa (about 300 meters from the villa).

The shops and restaurants of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains are about 10 minutes away and the famous beach and restaurants of Boucan-Canot are about 10 minutes from the villa. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the villa to the lagoon to dive with multicolored fishes.

For your stay in Reunion Island, you will love your stay in the villa, ideally located near all excursions on the island classed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Maïdo, three cirques - Mafate, Cilaos, Salazie - the volcano, waterfalls). You can do many activities (paragliding, helicopter is about 7 minutes away from the villa, Bassin Bleu golf – about 15 minutes - hiking trails, mountain biking, deep-sea fishing, canyoning, boat trips ...).

HOUSE RULES

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

8 persons maximum (6 adults maximum).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

5 nights minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
