The villa Cormorans is a recent villa wich offers a beautiful view on the indien ocean and the mountains. Next to the beaches, it has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The villa Cormorans is a beautiful vacation rental on a field of 900 m².
The view is unobstructed and offers a beautiful panorama on the sea and the mountains. It has a beautiful swimming pool built with natural stones (dimensions: 6m x 3m, deepth 1.60m to 1.70m).
The terrace with a dining table offers a green setting and a beautiful view of the ocean for good times with friends or family. There is also a gas barbecue.
The villa is in a private housing estate and has automatic access gate. It’s possible to park two cars inside the property.
INSIDE

On two levels, the Cormorans villa offers beautiful views from its many openings.
On the ground floor, it offers a large and bright living room (flat screen and Wifi internet access) with an open kitchen. On this level, there are also two air-conditioned bedrooms (with queen size bed), a bathroom (with shower), and an independent toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, electric hob, toaster, kettle...).
On the first floor, there are two other air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with king size bed), a bathroom (with shower) and an independent toilet. One of the bedrooms has a beautiful terrace.
3 of the bedrooms have a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean.
The villa has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Linen provided: bed sheets, bath towels, bathmats and kitchen towels.
Garden and pool maintenance.
NEIGHBORHOOD

The villa is in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, at 1.8 km from downtown. The area is residential (famous private housing estate) and you will appreciate the presence of all proximity services of Saint-Gilles (bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, newsagent, wine shop, restaurants/snacks). The supermarket is 2.5 km away from the villa.
The Roches Noires beach, with its white sand, is a 5-minute drive away. The swimming area is protected by an anti-shark net when conditions are good.
Next door, the Roches Noires esplanade is a real place of conviviality with its restaurants and bars facing the ocean and its sunsets.
You will enjoy all the sea activities from the marina (dolphin and whale watching, diving to discover the seabed of Reunion Island, jet-skiing...). Kids can see fishes in the Saint-Gilles aquarium.
The white sandy beaches and safe lagoon are a 10-minute drive away. You can dive for colorful fish with just a mask. You can also enjoy a cocktail with your feet in the sand in the many restaurants along the lagoon.
For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will love your stay at the Cormorans villa. Located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, a reference seaside resort on the west coast with a unique microclimate, you will enjoy the lagoon and its water activities, with easily access to all excursions on the island (Volcano, the 3 cirques, etc).

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.
The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
8 persons maximum.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
************************************************************
5 nights minimum stay.
To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.
A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).
A rental lease agreement will document all these information.
Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.
In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).

Belle maison. Pratique, fonctionnelle la cuisine est bien équipée. Située dans un quartier calme. La vue est très jolie, on entend au loin le bruit des vagues… on a même pu apercevoir le jeux des baleines au loin

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa à 8amis de fac, elle est parfaitement située et promet une vue incroyable sur la baie de St Gilles.
L'agence est réactive et à l'écoute, le propriétaire est même venu nous voir juste avant le passage see more
