Villa Floraya offers a magnificent view of the Indian Ocean! You will be charmed by its beautiful garden, pool, large terrace, and various private spaces. This holiday home has 4 bedrooms (3 of which are air-conditioned), 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets.

OUTSIDE

This beautiful 170 sqm villa on a 775 sqm plot offers high-quality amenities. With 4 bedrooms, Villa Floraya will captivate you with its magnificent view of the Indian Ocean. Its very large 45 sqm terrace provides a lovely space to enjoy the surroundings and the view.

On the terrace, a dining table and an outdoor sofa await you to enjoy the view and the garden.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a second terrace offers another space to enjoy the outdoors.

Upstairs, a third terrace, attached to the master bedroom, allows for a relaxing moment with a view. There is a charcoal barbecue.

The pool is of good size (8 x 4 m – depth between 15 cm and 1.90 m). There is also an outdoor shower.

The villa is secured (fence + manual access gate) and has two tandem parking spaces inside the property. It is also possible to park a vehicle outside.

INSIDE

On two levels, the villa offers a living room open to the main terrace, a large kitchen with access to the second terrace, a utility room, and a separate toilet.

The living room is equipped with a smart TV and internet access via WiFi (fiber optic).

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, stove, toaster, kettle…).
Fully furnished with quality furniture, this holiday home offers 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which are air-conditioned (only the room with the bunk beds is not air-conditioned).

The first bedroom includes a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a shower and toilet, a nice office space, and access to the third terrace. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom offers two bunk beds (2 single beds). Each bedroom has a "closet/wardrobe" space, and each bedroom with double bed has a sea view.

The upper floor also includes a separate toilet and a separate bathroom (with shower).

The capacity is a maximum of 8 people.

The villa also has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

The villa is located in Boucan Canot in a high-end private subdivision, 900 meters from the beach. You can reach its beautiful white sand beach in 3 minutes by car, part of which is equipped with shark nets, allowing for one of the rare open-sea swims on the island, under the watchful eye of lifeguards.

You will also find the natural pool of Boucan, a seawater pool protected by rocks, allowing for safe swimming. The magnificent Boucan Canot beach also offers the chance to admire beautiful sunsets. A promenade along the beach offers many dining options for a cocktail or meal, all just 3 minutes by car from the villa.

The neighborhood is residential and quiet, and you will appreciate the local services 900 meters from the villa (bakery, newsstand, pharmacy, pizza truck). The supermarket is 2 km away, and the center of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains is 3.5 km from the villa.

Treat yourself to an enchanted break on Reunion Island with Villa Floraya. Located in Boucan Canot on the west coast, which enjoys a unique microclimate, you will benefit from all the nautical activities of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, while easily exploring the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, the 3 cirques…).

HOUSE RULES

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

8 persons maximum.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
************************************************************
5 nights minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
