You will be delighted by the villa Stella Bianca with its pool composed of a long swim lane, its large terrace, and its cosy dining area. Located 5 minutes by car from the beaches and the lagoon, it offers a quality decoration with 4 air-conditioned rooms for 8 people (6 adults maximum).

OUTSIDE

The villa Stella Bianca is a seasonal rental of 190 m² on a plot of 480 m². It offers beautiful outdoor spaces and a swimming pool. An amazing setting for your holidays in Reunion Island!

The swimming pool is composed of two pools: the first one which looks like an half-moon (between 2 an 3m - depth in measurement) poors in the main swim lane (14 m x 2 m - depth in measurement).

The large terrace of 25 sqm with its cosy sofa offers you a beautiful view on the beautiful tropical garden and the swimming-pool.

The villa is secured (fence + automatic gate), and has two or three parking spaces outside the property, which is at the end of a dead-end street.

INSIDE

On two levels, the villa offers a large living room (flat screen and Wifi internet access), a spacious kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor), and 2 independent toilets (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor).

The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, gas stove with 5 burners, toaster, kettle...).

On the ground floor, this vacation rental also has an air-conditioned bedroom. It includes a king size bed with closets and a bathroom (bathtub and double sinks).

The first floor includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first room offers a king size bed (180x200) and has an access to the terrace with a beautiful view on the ocean. The second bedroom offers two single beds of 80x190 cm and also has a beautiful view on the ocean (it should be noted that the windows configuration does not allow to hide the light at the sunrise). The third bedroom which is also used as the TV room is composed with a sofa-bed (140x190 cm), a big dressing space and has an access to the terrace with the sea view.

The first floor offers also a bathroom and independent closets (bathtub and double sinks).

The villa has a WIFI access, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The villa is located at Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, in the Mont Roquefeuil. The neighborhood is calm and residential and you will appreciate the proximity of services at 700 m, such as the bakery, the butcher's shop, a little supermarket and the pharmacy).

The lagoon and its white sand beach are 4 minutes away by car. You will enjoy a swim with multicolored fishes. There are many restaurants to have a lunch on the beach.

Saint-Gilles-les-Bains downtown is 6 minutes away by car, with its restaurants and shops.

For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will be delighted by this vacation rental. La Saline-les-Bains is an area blessed by a micro-climate with more than 300 sunny days a year. You will enjoy the warm waters of the lagoon and water activities with easily access to all excursions on the island (three cirques - Mafate, Cilaos, Salazie - the volcano – waterfalls).

HOUSE RULES

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

8 persons maximum, including 6 adults maximum.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

5 nights minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
