This amazing vacation rental in Reunion Island of 200 sqm on a field of 700 sqm offers quality services. With 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, you will enjoy the Sunshine villa with its panoramic view on the Indian Ocean and the magical sunsets.

The large terrace (80 sqm) in front of the infinite pool offers you a dream setting to enjoy the view.

The infinite pool is large (15 by 3.6 m – depth: 1.30 to 1.70 m). There is an area with a depth of 45 cm for little children. A pool fence can be set up for children if needed.

The villa is secured (fence + electrical gate) and you can park one car inside the property, and one/two cars outside, in front of the villa.

INSIDE

On two levels, the villa has a 66 sqm space on the ground floor with a large kitchen, a living room with wifi and TV, a Balinese bench for relaxing and a desk. Each space has a wonderful ocean view.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, second fridge in the laundry room, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee’s filter machine, cooking hobs, toaster, kettle).

Fully furnished with quality furniture, this lovely vacation rental offers on the first floor 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first one has a king size bed, a large dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, an independent toilet, and a balcony with sea view. The second one has 2 single beds (90 x 200) with a large cupboard/wardrobe. There is a second independent toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms.The first one has a queen size bed and a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second one has a queen size bed, a cupboard/wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony. These two bedrooms has wonderful ocean view.

The maximum capacity is 9 persons maximum (including 8 adults).

There is a laundry room in the basement with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The villa is located at Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, at 1 km of the heart of this coastal resort of Reunion Island. In a quiet residential neighborhood, you will enjoy proximity services as a bakery, a pharmacy and all commodities. The closest supermarket is located at 2 km away from the villa.

The white sand beach of les Roches Noires is located at 4 minutes away from the villa. There is a bathing area protected with nets.

You will enjoy the Esplanade des Roches Noires (3 minutes by car), a nice place with many restaurants and bars in front of the Indian ocean and the marina.

The main street of Saint-Gilles (with the famous bakery “Chez Loulou”) and its shops is 3 minutes by car. Children will enjoy the aquarium and the marina. You can book a safari cruise to meet dolphins, humpback whales (in season), turtles… or enjoy a big game fishing trip or a dive to discover multicolored fishes.

For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will be delighted by this vacation rental. Saint-Gilles-les-Bains is an area blessed by a micro-climate with more than 300 sunny days a year. You will enjoy the warm waters of the lagoon and water activities with easily access to all excursions on the island (three cirques - Mafate, Cilaos, Salazie - the volcano – waterfalls).

HOUSE RULES

Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

9 persons maximum.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
************************************************************
5 nights minimum stay.

To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
